Don’t lose valuable funding by not using before end of year. We just found out, via a number of schools looking to book last minute NYC DOE VENDOR contracts, that this Friday, February 16, 2024 is the one for budget proposals.
2024 DOE VENDOR RATE SHEET – AT YOUR SCHOOL
- $600 One School Assembly, 3-4 teaching artists, up to 60 minutes up to 200 students
- $900 1/2 Day – Two shows back to back or Show/Workshop combo
- $1500 Day of Shows/Workshops (four sessions) can be split by 2 neighboring schools
- $6000 One Week Residency, up to 20 shows/workshops, up to 10 schools for district bookings.
2024 DOE VENDOR RATE SHEET – FIELD TRIPS
- $600 up to 40 students, $15/additional student, free chaperons (some limits apply)
- $1200 flat rate up to 140ppl inclusive of chaperons (max capacity of larger theater)
- $1600 flat rate up to 210ppl inclusive of chaperons (max capacity of larger theater & smaller theater, two concurrent shows)
- OPTIONAL Pizza Lunch +$10 per person.
2024 DOE VENDOR RATE SHEET – WORKSHOPS, RESIDENCIES
- 1/2 Day at the school $400, one teaching artist for students or teachers (professional development, corporate rates start at $600)
- Full Day $600, one teacher
- Residency $2000 up to EIGHT 2 hour sessions, $250/additional session, one teacher (with drop ins by our senior staff)
